Ron Davis has built an accomplished career at the highest levels of banking, credit, and private finance. As a former TransAmerica executive, Ron worked with a network spanning more than 500 financial institutions and played a key role in helping several banks transition into publicly traded companies on the New York Stock Exchange.

Throughout his career, Ron has developed extensive expertise in private lending, credit analysis, real estate finance, deal structuring, and risk management. He brings decades of institutional experience to the private lending space, helping evaluate opportunities, structure transactions, and develop practical financing solutions for real estate investors, developers, and business owners whose needs may fall outside traditional bank lending guidelines.

Ron’s experience is especially valuable when navigating complex transactions where collateral, borrower strength, project economics, and overall deal structure must be considered together. His ability to understand both the lender’s risk and the borrower’s objectives allows him to approach private lending with discipline, creativity, and sound financial judgment.

Paul Johnson brings decades of leadership experience across banking, construction, real estate, and private finance. Throughout his career, he has served as president of four banks, including Brevard County’s Sunrise Bank, where he remains a shareholder and member of the board.

In addition to his banking career, Paul achieved success as a general contractor, giving him a practical understanding of construction, property development, collateral evaluation, and real estate finance. That combination of banking and hands-on construction experience gives him a unique ability to evaluate private lending opportunities from both a financial and operational perspective.

Through Embassy Financial Services, Paul applies this experience to structuring and evaluating private real estate loans for investors, developers, and business owners. His background allows him to look beyond traditional lending guidelines and focus on the strength of the collateral, the viability of the project, the borrower’s overall strategy, and the structure of the transaction.

Known for being sharp, calculated, technologically proficient, and highly systems-oriented, Paul has played an instrumental role in developing Embassy Financial Services’ private lending platform and establishing the disciplined underwriting and risk-management practices behind its success.

A Brevard County native and high school valedictorian, Jerrin Luke earned his MBA in Accounting and Finance before building a diverse professional career spanning real estate, technology, education, hospitality, and business operations.

By his late twenties, Jerrin had developed a successful real estate portfolio consisting of multiple residential and commercial properties. His experience as an investor gives him a firsthand understanding of property acquisition, renovation, stabilization, refinancing, cash flow, collateral, and the challenges borrowers and investors encounter when trying to secure capital.

That experience ultimately led Jerrin into private finance. Through his participation in Embassy Financial Services and the development of Funding Brevard LLC, Jerrin focuses on helping real estate investors, developers, and business owners access practical financing solutions for opportunities that may not fit within traditional bank lending guidelines.

Jerrin works closely with longtime banking and finance professionals Paul Johnson and Ron Davis, combining their decades of institutional lending experience with his own background in real estate investing, finance, technology, and entrepreneurship. Together, that experience provides a practical approach to evaluating transactions, understanding collateral, structuring financing, and helping borrowers move projects forward.

Despite opportunities to pursue executive positions outside the area, Jerrin chose to remain in Brevard County and continue investing in the community that shaped him. Through Funding Brevard LLC and his work with Embassy Financial Services, his long-term mission is to expand access to responsible private capital while building lasting relationships with investors, developers, business owners, and real estate professionals throughout Brevard County and across Florida.
