Ron Davis has built an accomplished career at the highest levels of banking, credit, and financial services. As a former TransAmerica executive, Ron worked with a network spanning more than 500 financial institutions and played a key role in helping several banks transition into publicly traded companies on the New York Stock Exchange.

His extensive experience provides him with a deep understanding of banking operations, commercial lending, DSCR financing, credit analysis, and the broader financial markets. Ron applies that knowledge to develop practical financing strategies for real estate investors, business owners, and borrowers with complex lending needs.

What distinguishes Ron most, however, is his character. He is personable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping others succeed. Throughout his career, Ron has focused on creating opportunities, solving complex financial challenges, and building lasting relationships. His leadership, integrity, and commitment to helping others have made him a trusted advisor to clients and professionals across the financial services industry.

Paul Johnson brings decades of leadership experience across banking, construction, real estate, and financial services. Throughout his career, he has served as president of four banks, including Brevard County’s Sunrise Bank, where he remains a shareholder and member of the board.

In addition to his banking career, Paul achieved success as a general contractor, giving him a practical understanding of construction, property development, and real estate finance. His ability to evaluate opportunities from both a financial and operational perspective has made him a trusted resource for investors, business owners, and borrowers throughout Florida.

Known for being sharp, calculated, technologically proficient, and highly systems-oriented, Paul has played an instrumental role in developing Embassy Mortgage Corporation’s lending platform and establishing the disciplined underwriting practices behind its continued success.

A Brevard County native and high school valedictorian, Jerrin Luke earned his MBA in Accounting and Finance before building a diverse professional career spanning real estate, software development, medicine, education, hospitality, and business operations.

By his late twenties, Jerrin had developed a successful real estate portfolio consisting of multiple residential and commercial properties. His experience as an investor gives him a firsthand understanding of property acquisition, renovation, stabilization, refinancing, cash flow, and the challenges borrowers encounter throughout the lending process.

Despite receiving opportunities to pursue executive positions outside the area, Jerrin chose to remain in Brevard County and continue investing in the community that shaped him. He joined Embassy Mortgage Corporation to learn directly from his mentors, Paul Johnson and Ron Davis, and to help build upon the lending platform they have established.

Jerrin’s long-term mission is to combine their decades of banking and financial expertise with his own background in real estate, finance, technology, and entrepreneurship—expanding access to responsible financing while continuing the exceptional work Embassy Mortgage Corporation has already accomplished throughout Brevard County and across Florida.
